Its three additional seats are perfect for casual bites, morning coffee, or lively conversations with loved ones.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM: After an exhilarating day at the lake or on the slopes, retreat to the inviting living room, thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. Sink into plush seating and let the warmth of the space surround you as you enjoy a cozy movie night or share laughter and stories with loved ones. The smart TV allows you to log into your streaming accounts, so your favorite shows and films are always at your fingertips.

So close to nearly every outdoor recreational opportunity in the Western US. The fenced yard on 1.7 acres is a big plus for dog lovers, except for the driveway gate. (it can be closed, however there are others coming and going on the property so may not be a good fit for pups that tend to explore)
**NOTE: The property is shared - there is an apartment in the detached garage behind the house. as well as an RV site in the back and small cabin accessed from the long driveway(also available for rental, contact us for details!). The home is still very private feeling in the front and screened porch, but if you were looking for more isolation, this may not the best option**
