You'd never guess from the outside this converted garage/shop holds such a sophisticated "barndomium" decorated in vintage-modern style!
You'll love the high ceilings, cozy shag rug for curling up by the gas fireplace and strong wifi for remote work and streaming TV.
The back patios off the kitchen and bedroom look out into state forest land. Relax outdoors amidst the forest view in summer.
Extra touches in the bedroom include heated mattress pads for those chilly winter nights, adjustable reading sconces and dedicated workspace when duty calls.
Guests have access to the laundry/bathroom/mudroom accessed from the garage as 2nd bathroom. (Occasionally shared in summer with host and RV guests on site).
Plus, you can use the garage in winter to park under cover and store skis and ice-fishing gear!
This is a SHARED property on over 2 acres: Other guests or owners may be in the main house, and/or RV rental spaces at the corners of the property in summer months. Each unit has dedicated outdoor spaces and parking and feels separate from the others, however, if you are looking for more privacy, this may not be the best option for you.

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with every type of recreation available. Nearby trails for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling plus ice-fishing at the lake!
Or just enjoy a walk behind the neighborhood on the quiet, forested roads.
A vehicle is a must in this neck of the woods. The roads into the subdivision and the driveway are dirt (literally) and can get muddy and slushy. All-wheel/4-wheel drive recommended in the thick of winter, although the neighborhood and property is not hilly, front wheel drive with good tires are generally fine.
