This home is located at the end of a court in a quiet subdivision at Georgetown Lake. You'll enjoy privacy as the house sits on 2 acres with a good distance between neighbors.
Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Hill are right down the road. There's a multitude of options for hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and 4 wheeling in the area as well. It is located between Philipsburg and Anaconda so you're only 20 minutes away from a gas station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. There are 2 restaurants located just minutes away from the property as well.
Note* This is one of the easier homes to access at Georgetown Lake in the winter. People with 2wd or AWD have an easier time accessing this property as there are no steep roads or driveways to access.

The closest towns are Anaconda & Philipsburg. Heading South on Rt 1 will take you to Anaconda and heading North will take you to Philipsburg. Both towns are approximately 20 miles away and both have places to grocery shop as well as fuel up. There is also a CVS in Anaconda if you need home or personal care products. If you need more of a variety, there is a Walmart in Butte that's an hour away. If you want even more options, Missoula is a 90 mile drive. If you're hungry and you don't want to travel far, Seven Gables and The Lake House offer dining and are only a 10-15 minute drive from the house.
The closest airports are located in Butte & Missoula.

There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo downstairs. -There is a queen bed and twin bed in the loft upstairs as well as a bathroom off of the sleeping area.LAUNDRY:Guests have access to a washer and dryer during their stay. It is located on the main floor of the home.*PLEASE NOTE*4WD or AWD is recommended in the winter. The main road leading to the house, as well as the driveway, are both uphill. While they are maintained, they can still be slick and tough to make it up in the winter without 4WD. Please make sure all of your group will have adequate transportation in the winter months. Slick roads can be an issue Oct-Apr at Georgetown Lake depending on the winter that year.
