The property consists of 3 cabins. Those are the main house and 2 smaller cabins. The main house has 3 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 smaller cabins are both 1 room cabins with just a bedroom. Please note that all 5 bedrooms are not in the main cabin, only 3 of them are. The smaller cabins are heated.
MAIN CABIN:
This home features breathtaking views of Georgetown Lake & the Pintler Mountains. The family room is perfect for relaxing in after a fun filled day of playing in the snow or soaking up sun on the lake! There is a sectional and a loveseat that allows for plenty of seating for you and your guests. You will find a smart tv and while cable or satellite isn't provided, you will easily be able to sign into any streaming service you have (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, etc).
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a meal for your group. The cupboards and cabinets are stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and other items to ensure you have a fantastic cooking experience. There is a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. There's bar seating at the kitchen island for 2 or you can enjoy your meal around the table in the dining area. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. There is also a desk with seating for another 2 people.
Whether you need to take care of business or upload those amazing photos, you will stay connected with the complimentary high-speed Starlink internet.
There is a wraparound deck that allows for you to really relax and enjoy those magnificent views. You will also find a gas BBQ grill and a Traeger grill! There's outdoor seating & a fire pit. Please note that some of the outdoor seating and fire pit may not be accessible during the winter months. The hot tub was newly added in 2023 and available for guests to use during their stay!
LAUNDRY - MAIN CABIN
-Guests have access to a the washer and dryer that are located in the main floor bathroom.
BEDROOMS - MAIN CABIN
-The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the 2nd floor.
-Main floor bedroom #1 has a queen bed
-Main floor bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
BATHROOMS - MAIN CABIN
-The master bath is located off the master bedroom upstairs. There you will find a jetted bathtub (no shower), toilet, and a sink with plenty of counter space.
-Main floor bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and the washer & dryer.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREAS - SMALLER CABINS
-This property has 2 cabins that are separate from the main cabin. One cabin has a queen bed, full size futon, small fireplace, and a tv.
The 2nd cabin we refer to as the "bunkhouse" has 2 bunk beds with twin over full beds. There is also a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and a desk in this cabin.
Guests have access to the main cabin & 2 additional cabins with extra sleeping arrangements. During the summer they will have access to another cabin that has a shower & toilet. Guests do not have access to the garage.

4WD is required to get up the driveway in the winter. Parking in the driveway can also be limited in the winter. We recommend only having 3 vehicles that will be parked at the property in the winter. -
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hideaway in the woods! Centrally located between Anaconda and Discovery Ski Hill/Phillipsburg! Deck for summer enjoyment, firepit and picnic table by the creek… Bring the 3/4 weight fly rod for Cable Creek cutties and brookies. This property is both convenient and private, on a paved county road yet surrounded by national forest and free from close neighbors. Moose, whitetails, mallards, woodpeckers and songbirds all will be seen in the yard.
This is a tastefully and generously appointed chalet with granite counter tops in the kitchen, hand hewn wood beams, and a carefully curated library of books, movies, and periodicals for your enjoyment. The kitchen is well outfitted for the chefs out there and the propane BBQ is just outside the front door for year-round grilling. You will enjoy this cozy retreat, hand-decorated with tasteful art and accoutrements. Modern washer, dryer, and appliances.
Guests will have access to the entire house. There is no guest access to the garage.

This house is in the woods at the foot of the mountains. Minutes from Georgetown Lake, Skiing at Disco and from town... The perfect combination of convenience and privacy. There is Wifi at the house but speeds may not be the greatest if you are wanting to do streaming or anything you'd need fast internet for. There is no cell service in the area but you'd be able to make calls on your phone over Wifi.
